Update

January 15, 2007
Hi Neighbor:
Well it has been another week of trying to break through barriers to hopefully find someone to listen. Captain Pete Nelms of Fayette EMS and myself have been diligently trying to contact the authorities in New York and New Jersey. Capt. Nelms finally made contact with the NJ EPD but has not heard anything with regard to feedback from their investigation. However, I am still confident that we will speak to someone and gain a better understanding as to what has occurred in that area.

Our Task Force just sent out over 90 packets to Governors and Congressional Leaders citing the failure of the EPA to respond to our community and I am enclosing the cover letter below. Let's hope that the same does not prove out for our neighbors in the North East.

Your Neighbor,

Connie
