As always, we appreciate all that The Citizen does to bring cutting edge environmental reporting to our community. It concerns me that with the diminishment of newsprint we will lose more and more of our local reporting. Please do all you can to support your local paper no matter where you live. It is a vital function to keep the balance of power in the political process by providing an outlet for the citizen's voice to be heard.
