PBS Alert - Tonight at 9pm

Good Morning Neighbor:

Please see the link below for the Award Winning Documentary - Food, Inc.  - this is a must for every citizen to watch that wants to be informed about Corporate Profit being placed before the Health of our Citizens!!  We continually support these corporations with our dollar to literally destroy us - we must wake-up!!!

You can input your zip code after going to this site to find out exactly when it is playing in your area.  I would love to hear your feedback.

Your neighbor,

Connie

Fayette County Earth Day this Saturday

Good Morning Neighbor:

This year is the second annual Earth Day Festival coordinated by the Environmental Institute of Georgia to bring together the county and all of its municipalities to celebrate how we can make this world a better place.  We have close to 70 vendors this year!!  It is going to be an awesome event - please go to our website www.fayettecoearthday.org and see the flyer below!!  The City of Tyrone is hosting this event and has done a wonderful job.

I want to thank Rawls Whittlesey - one of our great neighbors - who has given the hands-on leadership to this year's event.  She is truly one that not only talks the green talk but lives it.  In fact, she has now started her own organic delivery that I love having delivered to my home - here is the website for more information http://www.gaiasgreens.com/

There will be recycling at the festival and I especially want to note that there will be E-recycling at Tyrone City Hall so bring those computers etc....

I look forward to seeing you all this Saturday!!

Your neighbor,

Connie
